Isabella Dagher, MA, RYT

Theoretical Orientation
The therapies offered by Isabella Dagher are centered in an integrative, multicultural, and humanistic approach to care. We invite empathy, compassion, forgiveness, and humanity to our offerings, as we acknowledge it takes a community to heal and thrive together. Not everyone processes the same and so we celebrate diversity and multiple ways of being!
Individual Therapy
Taking an integrative and holistic approach, Isabella offers a variety of psychosomatic therapies that target specific & complex conditions, such as chronic disease and conditions, digestive problems, fertility and women’s issues, auto-immune disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, developmental and generational trauma, addiction, anxiety, dissociation, altered states of consciousness, schizophrenia, depression, major life changes, & relationship problems. Some of the certifications and specializations that she applies to the therapy space include the following modalities: somatic experiencing (intermediate), internal family systems-informed processes (inner child & parts work), somatic-EMDR, mindfulness and visualization, ecotherapy/nature-based therapy, gestalt therapy, trauma-focused CBT, ritual, theatre of the oppressed improvisation, breathwork, dreamwork, psychedelic integration, and yoga psychology.
Group Therapy
Isabella offers a 6-week ecotherapy group on Oahu every Friday that supports individuals experiencing major life changes. The group runs for 6 weeks and is cofacilated with Moani Silva. The ecotherapy group includes but is not limited to processing experiences related to grief, relationship changes, bereavement, mental health shifts, economic disparities, job loss or career changes, PTSD, sobriety, post-traumatic enlightenment, relationship challenges, new environments or community, embarking on a new life path, or new spiritual or cultural explorations. When contemplating, consciously embarking, or what might even feel like being pushed into major life changes, it takes a community to feel support and discover resources along the way. If you feel like you are processing alone, please join our circle and retreat into nature while sharing the gentleness of depth, resonance, compassion, and connection when we experience life amongst one another, and remember that we are not alone in this.
